Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a premium or high-end coffee establishment
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and espresso techniques
- Passion for coffee, quality, and customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
